Shantanu is a Computer Engineering graduate from Pune University having over 21 years of experience in automotive domain, which varies from Start-up to Service Providers to Tier1’s and now working in an OEM. He has worked in various areas starting with development experience in ECU Reprogramming for End-of-Line station, Diagnostic Tools for after sales and Body Electronics Verification & Validation. He has management experiences in ADAS, Infotainment, EV/HEV.

Over past 1 decade, he picked his career to be in Autonomous Vehicles, by building a prototype in the initial days. He has lead ADAS and Automated Driving projects from L1 to L2plus autonomy covering the entire portfolio of System Engineering, Feature Development, Perception, Advance Engineering and Validations. In his current role with Daimler Truck Innovation Center India, he is responsible for Active Safety & Automation (ADAS), Advance Engineering and interface to Autonomous Trucking at DTICI. He has been involved in Agile setup in this teams since a few years in various flavors which includes SAFe and hybrid agile.
